These were some of the earliest notable exoplanets within 110 light years of Earth, from 2099-2150 there was no major expansion beyond

these exoplanets that had colonies. Each colonized planet was given freedom to elect their own leaders, write their own laws, and write their

own constitution. What evolved was a loose confederation of planets bound together primarily by economic agreements, but many

locations in these far-flung interstellar regions proved to be a boon for outlaw factions that wished to remain far from the prying eyes

of the military of the confederation.
