| Surveyed in the mid 2090's, Silvanus offered the astounding discovery of a world in a prehistoric stage of development. Large alien dinosaurs roamed the surface along with large and dangerous fauna. The land surface area covers approximately 50% of the planet, because of it's deep oceans, Silvanus is a relatively humid climate. A few varieties of T-Rex type of predators have been discovered here along with enormous herbivorous dinosaurs and large aquatic predators. Even more dangerous than swampy Calidus, Silvanus is primarily a preserve for scientific study, but safaris to view these incredible beasts have created a substantial tourist trade and a supporting population of colonists to support science and tourism.
